Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hakan Öğütlü is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and a Clinical Associate Professor at the School of Medicine, University College Dublin, Ireland.
He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2013 and completed his specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Atatürk University in 2018. Throughout his career, he has served at prestigious institutions such as Erzincan University Hospital and Ankara City Hospital, and he established the Intellectual and Special Needs – Autism Spectrum Disorder Unit at Ankara Beytepe State Hospital.
He is currently seeing patients at his private clinic in Ankara.
His main clinical interests include Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), eating disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
